TIP: Try something new like new colors of paint, a different type of paper, and/or change your plan of attack. New colors can enliven your existing paint to form a new and exciting look. Recently I became bored with the usual watercolor paper and tried yupo paper - what a challenge! If you paint the foreground first and background last, try painting the background first and foreground last.
